These terms provide a general framework for website design, website development, website redesign and website deployment services provided by Local Business Web Studio. Project-specific scope, pricing and timing will be confirmed in writing.
Service scope
Services may include research, page structure, visual design, development, responsive implementation, content setup, basic technical SEO and deployment. Only work included in the agreed written scope is included.
Project requirements
Before work begins, the parties should agree on deliverables, estimated schedule, price, payment stages, included revisions and any third-party services.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide timely, accurate business information, feedback, approvals, access credentials and materials reasonably needed for the project. Delays in these items may change the delivery schedule.
Payments
Prices shown on this website are starting guides. The final price and payment schedule are confirmed before work begins. Payments are not collected through this website. Unless agreed otherwise, work may pause when an agreed payment is overdue.
Revisions
The number and scope of included revision rounds will be stated in the project agreement. New requirements or substantial changes after approval may require additional time and fees.
Client-provided content
The client is responsible for ensuring that supplied text, logos, images, claims, licences and other materials are accurate and may legally be used. We may refuse content that appears unlawful, misleading or infringes third-party rights.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licence terms for final deliverables will be stated in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, code, fonts, stock assets and third-party materials remain subject to their existing licences. Drafts and unused concepts are not transferred unless agreed.
Hosting and domains
Hosting, domain registration, renewals, email services and ongoing maintenance are separate unless specifically included. The client is responsible for third-party renewal fees and account access.
Third-party services
Maps, booking tools, forms, analytics, hosting and other integrations may be provided by third parties. Their availability, terms, pricing and data practices are outside our control.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel according to the agreed project terms. The client remains responsible for completed work and non-refundable third-party costs incurred before cancellation.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability, search rankings, customer enquiries or specific business results are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
